About the role

Regal Brooke Limited is launching a full‑time Trainee Portfolio Manager Programme in Central London. Designed for ambitious graduates, the scheme offers direct exposure to investment management, portfolio construction, asset allocation and client strategy from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse investment opportunities and market developments across equities, fixed income, alternatives and multi‑asset classes.
• Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and prepare regular performance reports.
• Conduct research on companies, sectors and global macro trends to support asset allocation decisions.
• Assist senior managers in preparing client presentations and investment committee materials.
• Maintain portfolio management systems, reporting tools and data quality.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in finance, economics or related fields.
• Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior investment professionals.
