About the role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Project Administrator to join our Edinburgh office. This entry‑level position is part of a structured career programme that equips you with the fundamentals of project management and prepares you for future roles such as Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Support project teams with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and schedules.
- Help coordinate meetings, track progress and update project records.
- Participate in the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and related training activities.
Required profile
- Organised, dependable and able to communicate clearly.
- Motivated to develop a career in project management.
- Entry‑level with limited or no prior project experience.

- Salary between £30,000 and £38,000 per year.
