Trainee Property / Loss Adjuster

About the role
We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our property claims team. The role is home‑based and involves handling domestic and commercial loss claims from initial assessment through to settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage domestic and commercial property loss claims remotely.
- Conduct virtual site visits and liaise directly with policyholders.
- Make initial loss decisions and support senior adjusters.
- Develop technical knowledge to progress to field‑based adjusting.
Required profile
- Experience handling property claims (domestic, commercial or both).
- Working towards or holding CII or CILA certification.
- Valid driving licence for future field work.
