Trainee Property Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading property management company in Bristol, is looking for a motivated individual to start a career as a Trainee Property Manager. You will receive full training and support to develop the skills needed to manage a residential property portfolio and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks in line with regulations.
• Handle client enquiries by phone and email and take appropriate action.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits.
• Oversee contractor performance and resolve maintenance issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for assigned properties.
• Ensure building compliance and coordinate with internal departments to maintain clean, safe, and pleasant environments for residents.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus and approachable attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Keen to learn, develop and progress a career in property management.
• Based in Bristol or within a commutable distance.
• Driver’s licence and access to a car (parking and expenses paid).
