Trainee Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction consultancy in Hammersmith, London. The role offers hands‑on training, real project responsibility and mentorship from senior directors, ideal for recent graduates or those with some construction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior quantity surveyors on residential, commercial and student accommodation projects.
• Assist with cost planning, tender preparation, valuations and financial reporting.
• Attend client meetings and site visits, contributing to project documentation.
• Help prepare and review cost information throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a small, collaborative team.
