About the role

Kick‑start your career with QCS Staffing, a global recruitment consultancy, as a Trainee Recruiter. You will be trained to become a specialist recruiter, sourcing top talent for leading clients across fast‑growing industries. You will work closely with senior consultants and gain exposure to international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for live vacancies using the company database, LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
• Headhunt and engage candidates through proactive outreach.
• Prepare and present pre‑qualified CVs to the business development team.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including travel arrangements and debriefs.
• Provide post‑placement support such as accommodation, travel and compliance checks.
• Identify new business opportunities to support growth.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call‑centres or commission‑based roles.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
