Trainee Recruiter – £28k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with engineering and technology clients.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, cold‑calling and networking.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, advertise vacancies and headhunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
