About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Chester office. This entry-level position offers a clear path into recruitment, with comprehensive training and an uncapped commission structure.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to source and screen candidates.
- Qualify at least 15 candidates per day and match them to open vacancies.
- Use candidate sourcing tools and attend local job fairs.
- Prepare CVs, shortlists and present candidates to hiring managers across the UK.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role.
- Strong, confident personality with resilience and a drive to succeed.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to commute from Chester and surrounding areas.

What we offer
- Salary £22,134-£26,000 per year (DOE) plus uncapped commission.
- 19 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing after two years.
