About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant specialising in engineering. You will receive structured training and support while developing the skills needed to match technical talent with client needs across the UK and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships, presenting the agency’s recruitment services.
• Write compelling job adverts and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Interview, shortlist and present candidates to clients.
• Participate in classroom and live training sessions to learn the consultancy’s methodology.
• Contribute to strategic sales and business development activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or equivalent with a positive attitude.
• Motivated, ambitious and resilient with a desire to progress.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Starting salary £28,000 rising to £32,000 upon promotion.
