Streamline Search is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team in Chichester. No prior recruitment experience is required – we value attitude, confidence and a drive to succeed above all.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with candidates and client contacts via phone and email.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both candidates and hiring companies.
• Advertise vacancies, screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within specialist engineering and manufacturing markets.
• Meet realistic yet ambitious sales and placement targets.
