Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing technology recruitment team in Reading. You will receive comprehensive training and support while helping to match top digital talent with leading businesses across the UK, Europe and the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for open vacancies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Work towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise within your specialist area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree or 12 months of sales experience.
• Strong desire to progress and achieve targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, with a strong work ethic.
