About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in the heart of Bristol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive one‑to‑one training from top performers and learn how to run your own recruitment business from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Source, screen and present candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment project lifecycle, from initial brief to placement.
• Develop relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with senior directors and senior management for guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or ambitious individual seeking a high‑earning career.
• Demonstrated resilience, hard work and a desire to exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivation to progress quickly into senior or management roles.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £28,000 rising to £32,000 as a consultant, with potential >£100k from year 2.
• Up to 40% uncapped commission and rapid progression opportunities.
