Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with client organisations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Source, interview and place high‑quality freelance professionals across various sectors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a competitive environment.

Required skills
