About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in the heart of Bristol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive one‑to‑one training from top performers and learn to run your own recruitment business from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of client opportunities.
• Source, screen and present candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment project lifecycle, from brief to placement.
• Collaborate closely with directors and senior management for guidance and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with strong ambition and resilience.
• Motivated, driven and eager to achieve high earnings.
• Enjoys a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and can work independently.
• Willing to commit to continuous personal and professional development.

Required skills

What we offer

• £28,000 base salary as a trainee, rising to £32,000 as a consultant.
• Uncapped commission up to 40% and potential earnings over £100k from year two.
