Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Join a specialist technology and engineering recruitment consultancy as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive comprehensive training and support while working on high‑growth hiring projects across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt top‑tier candidates for technology and engineering roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist senior consultants on active mandates and client engagements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Develop market knowledge in software engineering, telecommunications, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, self‑driven and highly organised.
• Experience in a commercial setting (telephone experience desirable).
