About the role

Join QCS Staffing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and help connect skilled professionals with leading life sciences, renewable energy and data centre companies. You will work closely with the business‑winning team to source, qualify and present candidates across four global industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for live vacancies using the company database, LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
• Prepare and present pre‑qualified CVs to the business‑winning team and coordinate interview logistics.
• Provide post‑sales support for contract consultants, including accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Identify new business opportunities to aid business development.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and quick‑thinking.
• Desirable previous sales experience.
