Join a fast‑moving recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be immersed in the cloud technology sector, learning to match specialist professionals with leading clients while developing strong sales and relationship‑building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact new clients, pitch our recruitment services and win business.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with decision‑makers.
• Source, interview and place specialist Cloud Tech professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment journey from initial conversation to job offer.

Required profile

• Ambitious, competitive and results‑driven.
• Sales‑oriented mindset, whether or not you have prior sales experience.
• Resilient, hardworking and able to bounce back quickly.
• People‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments such as sales, retail, hospitality or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
