Trainee Recruitment Consultant – London

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing, award‑winning recruitment group in London. You will receive tailored training and mentorship while supporting the placement of talent across Financial Systems, Cloud Tech and Renewables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of a specialist market and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Source, screen and engage high‑quality candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from outreach to offer stage.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and meet monthly placement targets.
• Continuously improve recruitment knowledge through internal training and market research.

Required profile

• Phone‑based or face‑to‑face sales experience.
• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Demonstrated personal achievements in sport, music, academics or other areas.
• Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Values teamwork, integrity and self‑improvement.
