Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with client organisations across engineering and technology sectors.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activities, cold‑calling and networking.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, advertise vacancies and head‑hunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
