About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment agency in Bristol as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive one‑to‑one training from top performers and learn how to run your own recruitment business from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client leads and build relationships.
• Source, screen and present candidates to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment project lifecycle, from initial brief to placement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with senior directors and senior management for guidance and development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or ambitious trainee with a strong work ethic.
• Motivated, resilient and eager to develop a career in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work autonomously and take ownership of results.

Required skills

What we offer

• £28,000 basic salary as a trainee, rising to £32,000 as a consultant.
• Uncapped commission up to 40% and potential earnings >£100k from year 2.
