About the role
This is a full‑time trainee position in recruitment, based in Bristol City Centre. You will receive one‑to‑one training from top performers and learn to run your own recruitment business from lead generation to placement.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads, manage candidate pipelines and drive the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with directors and senior management to develop client relationships and meet placement targets.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or trainee with strong motivation, resilience and a desire to progress quickly.
- Ambitious, driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
