Trainee Recruitment Consultant – £28k + Commission, Fast Progression

About the role

Join Ernest Gordon Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and start a career in sales and recruitment. Based in Bristol City Centre, you will receive full training and have the opportunity to progress quickly to a managerial position.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply recruitment processes across engineering, technical, finance and IT sectors.
• Source, engage and assess candidates for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn uncapped commission.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop business pipelines.

Required profile

• Motivated, ambitious and eager to build a career in recruitment or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the South West region.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
