About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates or students to join our Richmond office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will receive full training and mentorship while working with leading financial services and technology firms, developing core recruitment and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with candidates and client organisations via phone and email.
• Learn business development and sales techniques specific to recruitment.
• Source, screen and present high‑quality candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Support the building of long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
