Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt top‑tier candidates for client vacancies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support senior team members on active mandates and client briefings.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Develop market knowledge in high‑growth FMCG industries.
• Learn to build and grow your own specialist desk.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales or phone‑based roles.
• Demonstrated personal achievements (sport, music, academics, etc.).
• Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
