Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales Experience Needed

About the role

This is a trainee position in a specialist technology recruitment business. You will transfer your existing sales experience into a career that offers uncapped earnings and fast‑track progression.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing technology clients.
• Identify, approach and head‑hunt high‑quality sales and technical candidates.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to placement.
• Develop specialist knowledge of the software, SaaS and digital consultancy market.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, estate agency, car sales, retail sales or business development.
• Highly competitive with a strong desire to earn commission.
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
• Looking for a long‑term career rather than a short‑term sales role.

• Basic salary £26,000‑£28,000 per year plus uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £40,000).
