Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience Needed

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee position within a leading technology recruitment consultancy. You will be trained to become a specialist recruitment consultant, focusing on high‑growth sectors such as semiconductor, electronics, embedded software and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with technology companies across Europe and North America.
• Headhunt highly skilled engineers and technology professionals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from briefing to offer stage.
• Develop expertise in a fast‑growing technology market and become a recognised specialist.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales‑focused environment (B2B sales, telesales, estate agency, car sales, recruitment or business development) or a graduate with strong commercial experience.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by targets and earning potential.
• Looking for a long‑term career with clear progression and uncapped commission.
