Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Tech & IT)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate or trainee to join our fast‑growing tech and IT recruitment team in Bristol. You will receive one‑to‑one training from senior managers and learn how to run your own recruitment business from lead generation to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for tech and IT positions.
• Source, interview and assess candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and directors to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee with a strong work ethic and resilience.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in recruitment.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willing to work on site in Bristol city centre.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000 rising to £32,000 as a Consultant.
• Up to 40% uncapped commission.
