Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated trainee recruitment consultant to join our Bristol office. You will work within the Engineering and Technology sectors, learning the full 360 recruitment cycle while earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in engineering and technology.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, cold outreach and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
• Advertise vacancies, head‑hunt talent and conduct candidate interviews.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and contribute to market development.
