Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious trainee recruitment consultant to join our Bristol office. You will work within the Engineering and Technology sectors, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while developing a sales‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client companies in engineering and technology.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, cold‑calling and networking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively head‑hunt talent.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
