About the role

Join Rise Technical Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant focused on the US market. This full‑time position is based in Bristol city centre and offers a fast‑track pathway from trainee to directorship through a structured training programme and performance‑driven earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between candidates and client organisations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with US‑based clients across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by sourcing, presenting and placing candidates.
• Participate in daily training sessions and weekly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team in London, Exeter, Miami and Austin.
