Trainee Restructuring Administrator – Apprenticeship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Restructuring Advisory team in Bristol. The role combines practical on‑the‑job experience with a Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician Apprenticeship, giving you a pathway into corporate restructuring and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office administration, greet visitors and handle post.
• Answer incoming calls, draft letters and reports as part of case management.
• Assist managers with case portfolios, preparing statutory paperwork and legal documents.
• Maintain the case management system, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate transaction records.
• Manage diaries, schedule internal and client meetings, and produce time‑cost summaries for reports.
• Support the team during busy periods by handling the main office phone and coordinating communications.
