Trainee Sales Administrator

About the role

This permanent trainee position supports the sales administration team in Barking. You will work closely with the office manager, handling client interactions and learning the company’s product range while gaining hands‑on experience in sales order processing.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer client calls and provide product information.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter data into the sales system and maintain records.
  • Handle routine queries from customers and internal teams.
  • Assist the sales administration department with day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

  • Previous office experience (essential).
  • Computer literate and comfortable using standard office software.
  • Confident with strong interpersonal communication.
  • Excellent time‑keeping and a proactive attitude.
  • Enthusiastic about learning sales processes.
