Trainee Sales Negotiator Estate Agent

About the role
This trainee position offers an ambitious individual the chance to start a career in estate agency within a busy office in Staines‑upon‑Thames. You will receive full training and hands‑on experience while working closely with an established sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with property viewings and open houses
- Register applicants and match buyers to suitable properties
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide information
- Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administration tasks
- Build relationships with buyers and vendors
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Required profile
- Confident, motivated and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Enthusiastic about building a career in property sales
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
