Trainee Sales Negotiator – Property Agency

About the role

This is an entry‑level opportunity for an ambitious individual to start a career in residential estate agency. You will work within a supportive North London agency, gaining hands‑on experience in property sales and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers.
• Accompany buyers on property viewings and arrange appointments.
• Register enquiries, maintain a database of active buyers, and follow up leads.
• Assist with vendor marketing updates as directed.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of the agency.
• Perform any additional duties required to support the sales team.
