Trainee Sales Support Executive – Full‑time, Heathrow

About the role

This is a full‑time trainee position based near Heathrow, offering a solid introduction to sales support, customer service and account management. You will work alongside an experienced team in a professional office environment, receiving comprehensive training to build a long‑term career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with the preparation and follow‑up of customer quotations.
• Support the sales team with day‑to‑day account management activities.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify potential opportunities to generate new business.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
• Produce reports and assist with sales administration duties.
