Trainee Service Technician & Driver

About the role

Join Medstrom Ltd as a Trainee Service Technician & Driver, delivering and maintaining medical equipment for patients across clinical environments. After a comprehensive training programme you will be responsible for safe delivery, set‑up, collection and servicing of equipment while providing excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clean, ready‑to‑use products to customer sites and collect them after use.
• Return products to the service centre for decontamination, disinfect, function‑check, repair and perform electrical safety tests.
• Maintain accurate records of testing, delivery and collection activities.
• Manage product stock and spare‑parts inventory.
• Carry out product modifications when required.
• Provide product demonstrations and basic training to staff on site.
• Keep the work environment clean and tidy.

Required profile

• Motivated, customer‑focused attitude with a clean driver’s licence.
• Willingness to develop mechanical or electrical knowledge (training provided).
• Availability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 8am‑4pm and participate in an on‑call rota.
