About the role

This is a full‑time trainee programme designed to equip you with the core skills required for an entry‑level software development role. You will study online, build a portfolio, and receive support to secure a placement with a salary between £25K and £40K.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 12 weeks of HTML & CSS training.
• Progress through advanced modules covering command line, Git, JavaScript and Python.
• Build a portfolio website to demonstrate your abilities.
• Earn optional certifications in AWS Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Azure Administrator.
• Work with the recruitment team to secure an entry‑level development placement.

Required profile

• Motivated individuals with no prior professional coding experience.
• Ability to study independently online and meet weekly milestones.
