Trainee Surveyor – Electrical & Construction (Home‑Based)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated trainee Surveyor to join a leading UK manufacturer. Based from your home in the Bristol area, you will travel to residential properties to carry out mould and condensation surveys and recommend specialist ventilation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site surveys of mould and condensation in homes.
- Assess ventilation needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Travel to client locations using a company van and required tools.
- Maintain accurate survey records and reports.
Required profile
- Basic experience in electrical or construction work.
- Full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- Desire to develop a long‑term career as a Surveyor.
- Based near Bristol (e.g., Filton, Bedminster, etc.).
Required skills
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Basic construction knowledge.
