Trainee Surveyor & Estimator – Home Improvement

About the role

This full‑time, permanent position offers a hands‑on entry point into the home improvement and glazing sector. You will work alongside experienced professionals to develop the skills required to become a qualified Window & Door Surveyor.

Key responsibilities

• Support warehouse and logistics operations to understand the full business workflow.
• Assist in estimating projects and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Learn installation processes for premium windows and doors.
• Conduct site surveys under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support project management from quotation through to completion.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
• Practical, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
