About the role

Join Searchability’s fast‑growing tech recruitment team as a Trainee Tech Recruitment Consultant. Based in our Chester City Centre office, you will receive award‑winning training and support to develop into a top‑performing 360° recruiter.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed and Lusha.
• Source and engage candidates for active tech vacancies alongside senior consultants.
• Develop commercial awareness of the tech market and generate new business through phone and digital outreach.
• Handle administrative tasks including CV preparation, candidate submissions and compliance checks in the CRM.
• Build and promote your professional network via social media channels.

• Base salary £26,000‑£27,000 per year plus OTE up to £40,000.
