Trainee Warehouse Transport Clerk – Airfreight

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Transport / Warehouse Operative to join a busy air‑freight team in Feltham. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in both air export and import cargo handling within a secure transit warehouse, making it an ideal start for a logistics career.

Key responsibilities

• Handle air export and import freight inside the warehouse.
• Label and prepare air export cargo for shipment.
• Assist with receiving and releasing bonded air import goods.
• Support cargo security procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift (training provided).
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
• Plan transport using company vehicles and subcontractors.
• Process purchase and sales invoices and produce weekly job reports.
