Trainer

About the role

The Trainer will play a key role in elevating service quality across Wheely’s London chauffeur fleet. You will deliver engaging training sessions, assess performance against Wheely standards, and act as the local expert supporting chauffeurs to ensure a five‑star luxury experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver group and 1:1 training programmes for chauffeurs.
• Assess chauffeurs against Wheely standards and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Conduct quality checks and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
• Partner with peers in other regions to refine training processes and exceed passenger expectations.
• Serve as the voice of the chauffeur, answering questions and providing guidance on service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for engaging facilitation and training others.
• 2+ years of experience delivering group training.
• Proven track record of meeting high standards in a customer‑facing environment, preferably luxury.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for luxury vehicles and knowledge of their specifications is a plus.
