Training Captain – London Flagship

About the role

The Training Captain will lead the delivery of Nike’s service and training initiatives across the London flagship store. Reporting to the League Director of Store Operations & Training and working closely with senior training leaders, you will shape a high‑performing culture of service, sales, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute training strategies and roll out service initiatives through a network of In‑Store Trainers (ISTs).
• Plan and scale community activations for athlete onboarding, seasonal events, and value drops.
• Partner with store leadership to recruit, develop, and coach a diverse team of ISTs.
• Monitor program uptake, retention, and impact on key performance metrics.
• Deliver store onboarding sessions and brand‑standard trainings as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for sport, retail, and training.
• Multiple years of experience in store people management or team‑lead roles.
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to manage own schedule.
• Proven ability to build cross‑functional partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
