Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator joins Into Film’s Learning Content Creation team to design, produce and evaluate film‑focused training for educators and young people. Working across the UK, you will help deliver high‑quality CPD programmes that support teachers in using film as a learning tool and inspire students to explore filmmaking.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training sessions, resources and online interactive learning for educators and learners.
• Provide advisory support to internal and external writers and practitioners, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assist in recruiting project partners such as Initial Teacher Training providers and other educational organisations, managing relationships and milestones.
• Project‑manage courses and learning assets from concept through publication and evaluation.
• Create digital content for the learning platform, including gamified interactions, video, copy and downloadable assets.
• Evaluate training programmes through surveys and reporting, and use findings to improve future offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, creating and delivering training or educational programmes.
• Strong ability to advise on curriculum design and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent project‑management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and coordinating partners.
