Training & Support Services Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

KBR is seeking a dedicated Training & Support Services Specialist to join its Estates Intelligence team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Training & Support Services Manager, you will design, deliver and maintain training programmes that support both internal teams and key client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Estates Intelligence units and client stakeholders to identify training and quality needs.
• Develop, deliver and continuously update training materials, processes and matrices.
• Maintain high‑quality standards and ensure all training requirements are met.
• Stay current with training mediums and methodologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Support the team in processes, procedures, compliance, systems and training activities.
• Mentor and guide Training & Quality Assurance Operators for their professional growth.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of training and quality methodologies, processes, tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to deliver training via in‑person workshops, one‑on‑one sessions, remote platforms and video content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exceptional organisational and analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
