Transaction Manager

About the role

The Solution Auto is seeking a commercially‑driven Transaction Manager for its flagship car dealership in West London. You will work closely with the sales team to structure profitable vehicle deals, drive finance and insurance performance, and ensure an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Structure vehicle deals to maximise front‑ and back‑end profitability.
• Drive penetration of finance, warranty and ancillary products.
• Coach and motivate Sales Executives to improve conversion and close rates.
• Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Ensure accurate deal documentation and administrative standards.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet dealership targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within a franchised dealership (essential).
• Strong understanding of automotive finance, F&I products and deal structuring.
• Proven track record of delivering strong profitability and finance performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven showroom environment.

• Basic salary of £35,000 plus realistic OTE of £55,000‑£85,000 depending on performance.
