Transfer Agency Analyst – Funds Operations

About the role

The UK Transfer Agency team within Funds Operations at Citi provides digital shareholder servicing for Transfer Agency clients. You will manage trade processing, cash reconciliations, register maintenance and act as a primary contact for client queries and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the daily workflow, ensuring tasks are performed in line with procedures, controls and timelines.
• Adhere to internal risk policies, escalating issues as required.
• Build trusted relationships with Transfer Agency clients and attend client meetings when needed.
• Support project work, including business readiness activities and testing.
• Assist the manager with onboarding new clients and developing new products or initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a Transfer Agency role.
• Familiarity with UKTA regulatory reporting requirements (advantageous).
• Proven system development lifecycle experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
