Transport Administrator

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a friendly, hard‑working Transport Administrator (Traffic Clerk) to support its traffic and warehousing teams at Heathrow. You will act as the main point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring information flows smoothly and issues are escalated promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all traffic and warehousing operations follow company procedures.
• Support on‑the‑road traffic management through clear communication and guidance.
• Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Handle customer and driver enquiries politely and efficiently.
• Achieve service level targets and KPIs by maximising fleet utilisation.
• Escalate and resolve service complaints to protect the company’s brand.
• Maintain knowledge of warehousing operations and local geography.

Required profile

• Previous experience in traffic, warehousing or logistics operations.
• Good local geographical knowledge of the South East England area.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, can‑do mindset.

Required skills

• High competence in Microsoft Excel.
