Transport Administrator

About the role

As a Transport Administrator you will support the Transport Management Team and ensure the department runs smoothly from an administrative perspective. You will provide excellent customer service, manage supplier orders and handle diary, meeting and event coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties and take accurate notes during meetings.
• Manage supplier orders and support the Transport Management Team.
• Coordinate diaries, meetings and events, working closely with on‑site and remote teams.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Strong team player committed to customer and patient service.
