About the role
Premier Work Support is seeking a Transport Co-ordinator to support a prestigious client in the Darenth area. This temporary, on‑going position involves managing fleet data, vehicle maintenance, and coordination with transport and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Update fleet information using Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
- Log and monitor vehicle defects and maintenance via dedicated Windows applications and spreadsheets.
- File paperwork both online and in printed form.
- Book MOT and inspection slots for vehicles.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance appointments using two separate schedule spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with Transport and Operations Managers and Directors.
Required profile
- Good communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone and in video meetings.
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics or related fields.
- Availability to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 am‑3 pm.
